The spindle lock knob may be tightened down, back off this knob. Clean the OD of the Air Spindle with Alcohol and a lint free cloth. Check the Air pressure connected to the spindle, too much or too little air pressure will cause this. The optimum air pressure is 90 PSI but needs to remain above 75 PSI and below 125 PSI.
